摘要: | 一个与心脏发育相关的人类新基因ZNF382涉及锌指蛋白家族的人类基因。本发明与心脏发育相关的人类基因ZNF382,它的cDNA全长2824bp,编码548个氨基酸,约60KD,起始密码子ATG始于核苷酸114,终止密码子TAA在核苷酸1760位置,ZNF382定位于19q13.13,ZNF382mRNA只局限在心脏和骨骼肌表达,而且在心脏的表达水平大大高于在骨骼肌的表达水平,表明ZNF382对心脏的晚期发育和功能发挥起重要作用,可能成为治疗心脏疾病的基因药物。 | ||
