摘要: | 本发明涉及一种锌指蛋白质及其抗体,具体地说,涉及一种与人的造血系统发育有关的蛋白质及其抗体。本发明提供的ZNF268蛋白质,是一个典型的krüppel型C2H2锌指蛋白质;其制备主要是构建ZNF268蛋白质的表达载体,转入宿主细胞,在适合的条件下,表达及分离纯化ZNF268蛋白质;可用于诊断或治疗因该蛋白质异常而引起的疾病。ZNF268蛋白质的抗体,可以特异性地与ZNF268蛋白质结合;其制备主要是将ZNF268蛋白质与佐剂混合免疫动物,再分离免疫动物血液,纯化抗体;可用于诊断、治疗或预防与ZNF268蛋白质的异常表达相关的疾病。 | ||
