摘要: | 一种高韧性和高耐磨性铁基高铬多元合金铸铁材质的胶囊形(圆形)磨球,其特征在于,磨球化学成分(重量百分数)为1.5~2.6%C,1.0~2.0%Si,0.40~0.6%Mn,0.01~0.1%P,0.01~0.1%S,12~16%Cr,0.01~0.5%Mo,0.01~0.6%Cu,0.01~0.2%W,0.002~0.01%B,0.01~0.6%V,0.01~0.4%Ti,0.01~0.1%RE,余为Fe。一种铁基高铬多元合金铸铁材质的胶囊形(圆形)唐球的生产工艺其特征在于本发明成分的铁水,以1380~1450℃浇注到金属型+砂型复合成型的型腔中,再利用铸态余热进行等温(180~200℃)消除应力。 | ||
