摘要: | 本发明涉及到人17号染色体短臂13.3位点的癌相关基因(cDNA)的分离和克隆。用对应于17p13.3区段内926位点的噬菌体人工染色体(PAC)579号(P579)为探针筛选人正常肝cDNA文库得到3个新基因HC56、HC71、HC90并得到全长核苷酸序列和编码的氨基酸。通过Northern、Southern杂交,证明它们与肝癌相关,体外实验证明它们可以抑制肝癌细胞7721的生长。因此,3个基因有望作为药物或试剂应用于肿瘤的诊断、治疗和预防。 | ||
