1.无HCV血液的体外制备方法,所述方法包括:

(a)提供一小份血样,该血样可被加到所述血液中;

(b)提供具有至少一个HCV抗原决定簇的多肽,所述多肽包含由HCV基因组编码的至少8个连续氨基酸的氨基酸序列,其中所述HCV基因组包含至少24个连续核苷酸的多核苷酸,所述多核苷酸的序列与如下序列的任一链互补:(ⅰ)储存于CCTCC No.M88125、或CCTCC No.M88126、或CCTCC No.M88127、或CCTCC No.M88128、或CCTCC No.M88129的HCV cDNA的任一链,或(ⅱ)如下核苷酸序列的任一链:通过15e而得到的DNA的结合ORF
