1.一种蔗糖磷酸化酶突变体,其特征在于:在unspase分子上加入一段人工设计的核苷酸序列同时突变478位的氨基酸--由赖氨酸Lys突变成缬氨酸Val,改造得到一个新的蔗糖磷酸化酶突变体,蔗糖磷酸化酶突变体的氨基酸序列如下:
