1.一种Al-Fe-W-RE铝合金,包括:
0.01~1.6wt%的Fe;0.001~0.3wt%的Cu;0.001~0.3wt%的Mg;0.001~0.3wt%的Co;0.001~0.2wt%的Be;0.001~0.3wt%的Ca;0.001~0.2wt%的Zn;0.001~0.3wt%的Sr;0.001~0.3wt%的Zr;0.002~0.25wt%的Li;0.001~0.2wt%的Na;0.002~0.25wt%的K;0.001~0.2wt%的Ti;0.001~0.15wt%的V;0.001~0.12wt%的Cr;0.001~0.12wt%的Mn;0.001~0.15wt%的Ni;0.001~0.2wt%的Ga;0.003~0.2wt%的Ge;0.001~0.2wt%的Rb;0.001~0.15wt%的Nb;0.001~0.2wt%的Mo;0.001~0.25wt%的Tc;0.001~0.15wt%的Ru;0.002~0.1wt%的Rh;0.001~0.12wt%的Pd;0.001~0.1wt%的Ag;0.002~0.13wt%的Cd;0.003~0.18wt%的In;0.001~0.08wt%的Sn;0.001~0.3wt%的Sb;0.001~0.2wt%的Cs;0.001~0.08wt%的Ba;0.001~0.22wt%的Hf;0.002~0.16wt%的Ta;0.001~0.08wt%的W;0.01~3.0wt%的RE;大于零且小于等于0.2wt%的Si;大于零且小于等于0.8wt%的B;余量的铝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金,其特征在于,包括0.25~0.6wt%的Fe。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金,其特征在于,包括0.1~0.6wt%的RE。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金,其特征在于,包含0.005~0.01wt%的W。
5.一种Al-Fe-W-RE铝合金的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a)铸造如下成分的铝合金铸锭:0.01~1.6wt%的Fe,0.001~0.3wt%的Cu,0.001~0.3wt%的Mg,0.001~0.3wt%的Co,0.001~0.2wt%的Be,0.001~0.3wt%的Ca,0.001~0.2wt%的Zn,0.001~0.3wt%的Sr,0.001~0.3wt%的Zr,0.002~0.25wt%的Li,0.001~0.2wt%的Na,0.002~0.25wt%的K,0.001~0.2wt%的Ti,0.001~0.15wt%的V,0.001~0.12wt%的Cr,0.001~0.12wt%的Mn,0.001~0.15wt%的Ni,0.001~0.2wt%的Ga,0.003~0.2wt%的Ge,0.001~0.2wt%的Rb,0.001~0.15wt%的Nb,0.002~0.1wt%的Rh,0.001~0.2wt%的Mo,0.001~0.25wt%的Tc,0.001~0.15wt%的Ru,0.001~0.12wt%的Pd,0.001~0.1wt%的Ag,0.002~0.13wt%的Cd,0.003~0.18wt%的In,0.001~0.08wt%的Sn,0.001~0.3wt%的Sb,0.001~0.2wt%的Cs,0.001~0.08wt%的Ba,0.001~0.22wt%的Hf,0.002~0.16wt%的Ta,0.001~0.08wt%的W,0.01~3.0wt%的RE,大于零且小于等于0.2wt%的Si,大于零且小于等于0.8wt%的B和余量的铝;
b)将所述铝合金铸锭进行均匀化处理,将均匀化处理后的铝合金铸锭进行轧制,得到铝合金杆材;
c)将步骤b)得到的铝合金杆材进行间歇式退火处理;
d)将步骤c)得到的铝合金杆材进行时效处理,得到铝合金。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述均匀化处理的温度为450~550℃,所述均匀化处理的时间为6~16h,所述均匀化处理的升温速度为3~8℃/min。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c)具体为:
将步骤b)得到的铝合金杆材加热至280~350℃,保温2~8h后进行降温,温度降至150~200℃,保温2~4h后冷却。
