1.一种筛选不展现分化抗性的人诱导的多能干细胞系的方法,所述方法包含如下步骤:
(i)测定选自A组和/或B组的至少一个大的基因间的非编码RNA(lincRNA)或mRNA的表达,
(ii)选择其中选自A组的所述lincRNA或mRNA表达或其中选自B组的所述lincRNA或mRNA不表达的人诱导的多能干细胞系;
