摘要: 无HCV血液的体外制备方法,包括(a)提供一小份血样;(b)提供具有至少一个HCV抗原决定簇的多肽,所述多肽包含由含至少24个连续核苷酸的多核苷酸的HCV基因组编码的至少8个连续氨基酸的氨基酸序列(c)将步骤(a)的一份血样与步骤(b)的多肽反应,使步骤(a)的血样中可能有的抗HCV抗体与步骤(b)的多肽之间发生免疫反应;(d)检测步骤(c)中可能形成的抗体-抗原复合物;(e)选择和保存未检出抗体-抗原复合物的血液。
