摘要: | 一种耐高温GUS基因,是通过DNA突变过程获得GUS突变基因,再构建成表达载体,转化入大肠杆菌中,进行耐高温性筛选获得的耐85℃的耐高温GUS基因克隆,并对耐高温GUS基因进行了序列测定,结果表明该耐高温GUS基因具有1812个核苷酸。耐高温GUS基因可简便地应用于转基因植物转化体的筛选,极大地提高转基因植株的检测效率,促进植物转基因研究的发展。 | ||
