摘要: | 本发明涉及一种蔗糖磷酸化酶突变体,其特征是在unspase分子上加入一段人工设计的核苷酸序列同时突变478位的氨基酸--由赖氨酸Lys突变成缬氨酸Val,改造得到一个新的蔗糖磷酸化酶突变体,这个突变体酶相对于突变前的酶具有更高的水解蔗糖能力,比原酶Unspase的酶活提高2.1倍。 | ||
