2.权利要求1所述的盖塔病毒全基因组序列扩增用引物,其特征在于:引物覆盖整个病毒基因组,扩增片段长度为900-1000个碱基,相邻片段之间有70-120个碱基的重叠区,所有引物不包含简并碱基,100%与盖塔病毒序列相同,引物的3’端为C,G或T保证稳定地与cDNA序列结合,所有引物的退火温度,GC含量基本相同,从而保证所有引物能够在相同的PCR条件下进行扩增反应,所述引物序列如下:
