1.一种乳腺癌21基因检测试剂盒,其特征是21个基因为:ACTB、GAPDH、RPLPO、GUS、TFRC、CD68、BAG1、GSTM1、HER2、GRB7、MMP11、CTSL2、KI67、STK15、CCNB1、MYBL2、Survivin、ESR1、PGR、BCL2和SCUBE2;
试剂盒中针对21个基因各设计了两对引物和2条特异性探针,21个基因所对应的引物序列和TaqMan探针序列分别如下:
(1)检测ACTB基因的引物序列为:SEQ ID NO.1和SEQ ID NO.2和SEQ ID NO.3和SEQ IDNO.4,检测ACTB基因的TaqMan探针序列为:SEQ ID NO.5和SEQ ID NO.6;具体序列如下:
